Swimming at the Invictus Games will take place at the Sandwell Aquatics Centre, a world‑class venue that hosted the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games. The competition runs across one day, split into two sessions with heats and finals in each. 

Events are held in a 50‑metre, 10‑lane pool, with races contested over 50m or 100m distances. The programme includes individual events and team relays, with eight categories for men and women. 

Swimming consistently delivers inspiring moments of determination and shared celebration. 

All event details are subject to change to ensure the competition continues to prioritise the recovery and rehabilitation of the competitors.
