Laser Run is an exciting new addition to the Invictus Games, combining running and precision laser‑pistol shooting in a fast, high‑energy format. Adapted from modern pentathlon, it challenges both physical endurance and calm focus. 

Competitors take part in individual or pairs events, completing alternating stages of running and shooting. Multiple run‑shoot cycles create a dynamic race where accuracy and composure are as important as speed. 

The sport’s blend of movement, precision, and tactical pacing makes it compelling for competitors and spectators, delivering dramatic moments and close finishes.
