INDOOR ROWING
Indoor rowing is a powerful test of endurance, speed, and mental resilience. Competitors race on rowing machines (“ergs”) in a high‑energy environment that celebrates effort and personal progress.
The competition features two formats: the 1‑Minute Sprint and the 4‑Minute Endurance race. Events take place across two sessions in one day, with medals awarded in each. Multiple categories race simultaneously, creating an exciting atmosphere.
Races are displayed using virtual boats on screen, giving spectators a clear and engaging view of each competitor's progress. Indoor rowing is known for its intensity and emotion — every stroke counts. Watch out for the new mixed pairs 1 minute category
