Birmingham 2027 welcomes Mark Lee-Amies to the Board

Invictus Games Birmingham 2027 is pleased to announce that Mark Lee-Amies has joined its Board as Chair of the Audit and Risk committee. Mark brings extensive financial, governance and risk management expertise as preparations continue for the Games in July 2027.

Mark was previously a Senior Audit Partner at Deloitte and a member of the firm's Audit Executive. Alongside this Mark is a non-executive director of Turning Point, a leading UK health and social care organisation dedicated to supporting people with complex needs, and a Trustee of 40Tude, an innovative UK health charity dedicated to curing colon (bowel) cancer by championing early detection, raising public awareness and funding primary medical research. Mark joined the Board on 1 October 2026.
