Suman began her career in stage and production management, gaining early experience across festivals before becoming Assistant Venue Manager at the Barbican Centre. There, she oversaw day‑to‑day operations across multiple performance spaces, including concert halls, theatres, and cinemas, developing a strong foundation in complex, high‑profile environments. 

She later expanded her logistical and administrative expertise as Team Coordinator at MHP Group, supporting senior leaders with event planning, executive scheduling, and the smooth running of corporate activities. 

Now an Operations Coordinator for Invictus Games Birmingham 2027, Suman brings her broad events background to the planning and delivery of a global, multi‑sport event. She is motivated by creating well‑organised, inclusive environments and is proud to contribute to an event that makes a tangible difference to the Armed Forces community, championing recovery, connection, and international collaboration.
