Mike has worked in live entertainment and sports events for nearly 30 years. He has collaborated with major international artists and their teams to deliver career-defining moments within both cultural and sporting arenas. He has worked on over ten Olympics, Para Olympics, and Commonwealth Games, including operations ceremonies and venue management, as well as numerous sport world championships. In 2016, he was part of the venue and sports team in Orlando delivering the Invictus Games. 

In recent years, he has worked at Wembley National Stadium as Deputy Safety Officer, overseeing the safety, security, and service of over five million guests at the stadium for various sporting and music events, including international football, Taylor Swift, NFL, Rugby League, Oasis, AEW, and Coldplay. 

Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered world class events and experiences for athletes, artists, guests, staff and volunteers, within complex multiple stakeholders environments.
