Grace launched her career in events and marketing, gaining hands‑on experience with respected brands such as John Lewis and Hilton. These early roles strengthened her abilities in delivering polished customer experiences and coordinating high‑profile corporate activity. 

She later transitioned into professional services, joining PwC as an Executive Assistant supporting the Midlands Region Lead. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Birmingham enhanced her organisational capabilities and gave her an in‑depth understanding of the Midlands’ business environment—insight that continues to guide her work today. 

Grace now serves as Executive Assistant to Helen Helliwell, the CEO at Invictus Games Birmingham 2027, where she brings together her background in event management, executive support and Midlands knowledge. She is driven by purposeful work and is proud to contribute to the planning and delivery of the international event that celebrates resilience, unity, and the strength of the Armed Forces community.
