Charley has over six years’ experience in the sports industry, specialising in audience growth and fan engagement for some of the world’s leading sporting properties. Her work has supported the continued development of the Women’s Super League, contributed to participation and audience growth within England Netball, and helped elevate global events such as The Open Championship. 

Most of Charley’s career has been spent at Two Circles, where she has focused on marketing strategy and consultancy for rights holders and governing bodies. With a strong grounding in data‑led insight and commercial strategy, she is passionate about turning analysis into clear, practical plans that drive meaningful growth and deepen fan connection. 

Her wider experience includes serving as Newsroom Production Manager at both the 2018 Summer Youth Olympic Games and the 2020 Winter Youth Olympic Games, contributing to content delivery in fast‑paced, global multi‑sport environments. 

Charley brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to her work, with a focus on sustainable growth, strong stakeholder relationships, and creating impact that lasts. She is excited to bring this experience to Invictus Games Birmingham 2027, proud to support an event that champions resilience, community, and the power of sport.
