Alex is an experienced leader in commercial sport and media, with a career spanning broadcast, digital platforms, and sports technology. He began in television advertising with CNN before moving into digital media, where he spent seven years leading the global sales team at ESPN Cricinfo, helping to grow one of the world’s most influential online sports brands. 

Alex has since led two international sports tech agencies, developing a strong network across rights holders, governing bodies, and major brands. His work has focused on building innovative commercial strategies and forging partnerships that elevate sport and engage global audiences. 

With a personal connection to disability sport through his Paralympian brother, Alex brings both professional expertise and genuine passion to his role. He is excited and privileged to help drive revenue growth for Invictus Games Birmingham 2027, supporting an event he sees as an extraordinary force for good.
