Talent & HR Coordinator (Internship)
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Talent & HR Coordinator Intern to join our fantastic team at Invictus UK 2027. The role would ideally suit a recent graduate of Human Resources Management looking to secure their first HR role.
In this role you will support the HR Manager to execute the overall human resources strategy to support the delivery of the Games. The role involves supporting administration and coordination processes of the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with HR best practices, and supporting the recruitment of a diverse, skilled workforce essential for the successful execution of the Games.
The Talent & HR Coordinator Intern will work collaboratively across all functional areas of the Organisation to support delivery of the Games’ staffing needs while creating a positive and inclusive working environment.
This is a full time (however part-time applications will be considered), fixed term role to 31 July 2027.
The salary (range) for this position is £25,000- £28,000 per annum.
This role shall be based at our central Birmingham office and flexible, hybrid working arrangements are available with the Organisation.
