CYCLING
Cycling at the Invictus Games is a thrilling test of speed, endurance, and tactical racing. The competition takes place over one day, featuring both a Time Trial and a Criterium.
Racing unfolds on a 3km road course creating a spectator‑friendly route. The Time Trial sees riders set off individually at timed intervals, while the Criterium is a mass‑start race completed over multiple laps.
The sport welcomes a wide range of adaptive equipment, including trikes and tandems for visually impaired competitors. Competitors compete across eight categories for men and women. Look out for our new Pairs Time Trial category
