THE ROLE

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our fantastic team at Invictus Games Birmingham 2027.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Executive to support the delivery of marketing activity for Invictus Games Birmingham 2027.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across B2C and B2B marketing campaigns, supporting audience growth and engagement across ticketing, volunteer recruitment, supporter and community activity.

You will play a key role in coordinating campaigns, marketing assets, email activity, CRM processes, paid media activity and agency workflows, helping to ensure marketing activity is delivered on time, to a high standard and across the right channels.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, Communications team and our Goodform agency partner, you will help maintain campaign plans, coordinate approvals and assets, monitor performance and support reporting and insight.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, delivery-focused and interested in building their marketing experience within a fast-paced, purpose-led environment. You will need to be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working with internal teams and external agencies, and supporting campaigns from planning through to delivery.

This is a full time, fixed term role to 31 October 2027.

The salary for this position is £28,000 to £35,000 per annum.

This role shall be based at our Birmingham office and flexible, hybrid working arrangements are available with the Organisation.
