SPORT EQUIPMENT MANAGER

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Sport Equipment Manager to join our fantastic team at Invictus Games Birmingham 2027.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Procurement and management of all sport equipment requirements

  • Work with various stakeholders including National Governing Bodies, sponsors, suppliers and participating nations

  • Assist the wider sport team with the planning and preparation of the Games

  • Work with budget limitations to prioritise procurement methods and examine appropriate partnerships

  • Manage 2 direct reports and volunteers to ensure all equipment is of the correct standard and stored and distributed in a timely and safe manner

  • Contribute to planned dissolution of all equipment to the satisfaction of all stakeholders

This is a full time, fixed term role to 31 August 2027, with a start date in October 2026.

The salary for this position is £45,000 per annum (depending on experience).

This role shall be based at our Birmingham office and flexible, hybrid working arrangements are available.
