OUR GAMES
OUR MISSION is to celebrate the unconquered spirit of Wounded, Injured, and Sick (WIS) service personnel and veterans, deliver an outstanding Games, and create lasting social impact across Birmingham and the Midlands.
With WORLD-CLASS VENUES, like the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) and Sandwell Aquatics Centre, a proud Armed Forces community, and a proven record of hosting global events, Birmingham is the ideal home for the Games.
550 competitors from 25 nations, with 1,000 friends and family, will compete in 12 ADAPTIVE SPORTS - archery, athletics, cycling, powerlifting, rowing, sitting volleyball, swimming, wheelchair basketball, and wheelchair rugby - with pickleball, laser run, and esports making their debut.
THE MIDLANDS is a hub for military care and rehabilitation, home to the Royal Centre for Defence Medicine, Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham, and Fisher House.
We are committed to an INCLUSIVE and INSPIRING Games that delivers lasting benefits for participants, schools, communities, and the environment.
Long after the medals are won and the cheers fade, our SOCIAL IMPACT programmes will drive positive change, ensuring the Games’ legacy endures.
