This hands-on role is responsible for managing financial systems, processing payroll and payments, producing timely reports, and supporting compliance for both the Invictus UK 2027 charity and its trading subsidiary. The postholder will maintain reliable financial records and provide practical guidance to colleagues, helping budget holders plan and manage spend effectively.
Working closely with teams across Finance, Commercial, Impact, Operations, and People, the Finance and Corporate Services Manager will contribute to sound governance and operational efficiency, while supporting improvements to financial processes and corporate systems.
This role offers hybrid working but requires regular time in London and occasional travel as needed.

This is a pivotal, hands-on role requiring excellent relationship management, communication, and influencing skills. The postholder will work across the organisation - collaborating with the communications, commercial, impact, sustainability, sport, and operations teams - to ensure stakeholders are informed, involved, and invested in the success of the Games.
The role offers the opportunity to shape how our Games connects with communities and partners, supports the delivery of meaningful engagement activity, and contributes to promoting the Invictus movement through powerful, human-led storytelling.
