Suman began her career in stage and production management, gaining experience at festivals before becoming Assistant Venue Manager at the Barbican Centre. There she oversaw day-to-day operations across multiple performance spaces, including concert halls, theatres and cinemas.

She later developed her logistical and administrative expertise as Team Coordinator at MHP Group, supporting event planning and executive scheduling.

Now at the Invictus Games, Suman applies her broad events experience to support large-scale operations that make a tangible difference to the Armed Forces community. She is passionate about delivering high-quality experiences with lasting impact.
