Suman began her career in events and operations with a background in Stage and Production Management, gaining early experience at festivals before becoming Assistant Venue Manager at the Barbican Centre. There, she oversaw the day-to-day running of multiple spaces, including the concert hall, theatres, and cinemas. She went on to build her logistical and administrative skills as Team Coordinator at MHP Group, supporting event planning and executive scheduling.

Now bringing her broad experience to the Invictus Games, Suman is excited to support a cause with real impact.
