Carolyn is a qualified accountant with over 30 years’ experience, primarily in the private sector, including 15 years at Bunzl plc in senior finance roles. In 2020, she joined the Invictus Games Foundation as Finance Director, bringing her expertise to the charity sector for the first time.

At the Invictus Games, Carolyn has been involved in financial oversight for Games in The Hague and Dusseldorf, and in planning the upcoming Games in Whistler and Vancouver. She is part of the senior leadership team driving expansion beyond the Games, including an international grants programme and the We Are Invictus app.

Her approach combines financial rigour with a focus on enabling growth and impact. Carolyn continues to ensure that the organisation’s resources are used efficiently to support the Armed Forces and wider Invictus community.
